Cameron Adamson

Cameron Adamson brings extensive technical expertise to the Pacific CFO group.  Mr. Adamson is a former Big 4 senior audit manager and was most recently CFO of CPG, an aerospace and technology company.  He has experience in global operations in manufacturing, sales and service, and product development with leadership in over 20 acquisitions/divestitures and business integrations.

Cameron’s particular strengths include:

• Expertise in business plan development, financial planning, management systems implementation,  GAAP, cost accounting, treasury, fund raising, managing banking/board/ investor relationships
• Success in start-ups and the management of rapid growth companies
• Significant experience in private equity sponsored companies

Cameron has both a BS and MBA from the University of Southern California and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) – California.

Earl Williams

With over 20 years of experience in the accounting and finance field, Mr. Williams has a background in developing strong  financial infrastructures as well as refining existing business models. Working in public accounting as a CPA and private industry as a Division Controller for several large companies, including Getty Images and AXT, Inc. has provided a solid foundation on which Mr. Williams has refined his focus on meaningful business metrics and strong financial planning. As an owner and Chief Financial Officer of Library Associates, Inc, he has personal experience in mergers and acquisitions along with the related challenges of integrating new organizations within a closely-held corporation. Mr. Williams' ability to raise necessary capital as well as define a company's financial direction have been the key to his successful financial engineering.

Earl holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Trinity University and obtained his CPA certification in Texas.
